Quickly Boba Cafe - Livonia

RED RED FLAG! The drinks are NEVER consistent. If you order via delivery you get less boba then when you come in and they have admitted this to me. The taste overall is sometimes bitter, similar to old/rotton juice and they fill your cup with ice so you barely get product, which other customers have complained to me about, if you don't tip well enough then they don't make your drink as it should be. They, themselves suggested that other boba businesses in this area def have better drinks on multiple occasions. I am so grateful that the staff here was honest about their service and product. the other boba spot I found was so worth it and 1/3 of my cup was boba, and their prices are absolutely worth it. Save yourself the inconsistently and never knowing if the product is allegedly rotten or not, or whether the employees clean their hands (which allegedly there is an issue with cleanliness based on comments some customers employees have made ) or not and go to an actual professional boba business.

really good customer service! i get the chicken rice bowl and would highly recommend the thai spicy and katsu bbq sauces. drinks taste great and everything is a good price. if you work in the livonia plaza you get a 10% discount! the only thing ive had a bad experience with is the crab rangoons. the filling tasted incredible but the wrapper was very stale, but it was probably on a bad day judging by the quality of everything else. their chicken has always been fresh and crispy and they're generous with the sauce!

I was so excited to visit Quickly Boba Café in Livonia — I even told the guy at the front counter how happy I was to finally find this location. Big mistake. My friend and I ordered boba drinks (which were fine) and two chicken bowls, plus spring rolls and crab rangoons. The crab rangoons came out burnt. Not like “slightly crispy,” but charred to the point of embarrassment. When we kindly asked for them to be remade, the employee told us to throw them away because apparently people try to scam for free food?? Sir… you can see they’re burnt. We don’t need free food. We need edible food. So he remade them. And somehow… they were worse. Overcooked, greasy, and straight-up inedible. At that point we just gave up. Honestly, unless you’re only here for the drinks, don’t bother. The food quality and customer service were both a huge letdown. Stick to boba, Quickly — the kitchen is not your strong suit.

Nice clean spot, great location with ample parking. They have a more limited menu than other locations (i.e. no food, fewer flavor options, only use 'whole' dairy milk) but the service is still great and the drinks are still tasty!
